Overview

Please note the following terms of service (“terms”) which govern the use of this website,

By using this site and our products, you (“the purchaser” and /or “the user”, whichever applies) agree that you shall follow and be bound by these terms. VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms without express notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By placing an order at VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Unless Specifically agreed between VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd and you, the customer, no other terms and conditions will apply. Changes will apply to any subsequent order received. An agreement will be reached by an order-confirmation sent by email to the customer by VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of the product being out of stock or our inability to obtain authorization of payment.

FORCE MAJEURE:

VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd can not be held responsible for any agreement between a customer or potential customer and any third party supplier rendering services including but not limited to installation of surfaces and or tiling of surfaces. VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd can not be held responsible for any third party services rendered once the product has left VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd properties and can not be blamed or held responsible for situations and or extra costs accrued and or causes beyond their control.

Sales Tax:

Please note that you may be required by the country in which you receive your order, to pay sales tax, import duties and or customs duties on the order. These fees shall be borne by the purchaser or receiver and not by VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd.

The sharing of VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd photography is welcome; referencing VLVLK Signature Surfaces & www.vlvlk.com is much appreciated. You may share or redistribute photographs from this site in their original unedited form only.

Intellectual Property:

This website and the contents herein and on VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd social media accounts and press, including but not limited to products, designs, patterns, text, logos and insignia, videos, are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights held exclusively by VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced under any circumstances in any manner whatsoever. Such rights are protected by South African and International Copyright and Intellectual Property Laws.

VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd asserts and reserves full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights on all the designs and patterns on our products. The designs and patterns of our products may not be copied, re-interpreted, reproduced in any manner whatsoever.

Right of Cancellation of Orders

VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd fully reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel any order or purchase made on this website. In such an event, VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd shall, refund, reimburse, or issue a voucher or coupon on that purchase, in whole or in part, as is appropriate for the circumstance.

Erroneous Orders

If an order or purchase from this website is made in error in respect of price and invoicing of product, shipping/delivery, and sales tax, VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel that order or purchase at its own discretion. In such an event, VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd will take steps reasonable in the circumstance to rectify the error promptly.

Pricing

VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to alter and differentiate prices without prior notice. Prices may differ between countries or territories in consideration of exchange rates and production costs.

Indemnity

By using this site and by using VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd products, you agree to fully indemnify VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd and its agents and associates against any claim or demand, as well as any losses, expenses, damages, costs, resulting from the use of this site and VLVLK Group (Pty) Ltd's products or from any violation of these terms.
